Allostatix Load™ is based on the medical concept of allostasis, which considers how our body systems adjust to the stress “wear and tear” the body experiences every day. Allostasis provides a way to view all of the major body systems and how they strongly interact together to combat stress. The longer the physiological response to stress stays “turned on,” the less time the body has to reset, resulting in rapid build-up and damage to the body’s systems.

Allostatix’s science and medical staff have combined allostasis data from a large number of national and international research studies with blood and biometric measurements to design a unique and proprietary system that can actually predict future health.

The results of this test are presented in a personal HSTAT™ (Health Status) Report. The HSTAT™ Report provides an actionable measurement of an individual’s Allostatix Load™ score, along with simple recommendations for improving health and how to take advantage of existing wellness programs your company offers.
