What does HSTAT™ mean and what will it say?

HSTAT™ stands for Health Status Report. In your HSTAT™ Report you will find detailed information on your Allostatix Load™ score and health trajectory, along with a recommended improvement plan to improve your Allostatix Load™.

What does it mean if my HSTAT™ Report says I’m green?

If you fall in the “green” category it means that day-to-day stresses do not seem to be having a negative impact on body systems. It suggests a trajectory of good health in the near future.

What does it mean if my HSTAT™ Report says I’m yellow?

If you fall into the “yellow” category it means that day-to-day stresses are starting to build up with measurable wear-and-tear on the body systems. It suggests a worrisome health trajectory and a possible cause for concern. Although people in the “yellow” category may not be experiencing health issues at this time, it is likely they may start to experience declining health in the near future.

What does it mean if my HSTAT™ Report says I’m red?

If you fall in the “red” category it means that daily stresses have built-up with a negative impact on body systems.
