In our Salve® line of products, most employers today already collect the health data we need to run our workforce analysis through their annual health fairs and wellness programs. All you need to do is provide us with your health data and we will produce the most predictive and accurate assessment of your workforce’s health trajectory.
The results of the analysis are securely delivered employees in a personal Health Status Report (HSTAT™). The HSTAT™ Report provides an actionable measurement of an individual’s score, along with simple recommendations, called Alloscriptions™, for improving health and, most importantly, on how to take advantage of existing wellness programs through your company.
An aggregate report, based on de-identified population information, is also prepared and presented to management. Our aggregate report will provide recommendations for enhancing your wellness program based on your population’s results, as well as outlining key areas in the health of your population that need improvement.
