What Your Score Color Means

The numeric Allostatix Load™ score corresponds to a color

Green. Congratulations! Your health is projected to be good in the near future. It is very important, however, that you maintain healthy lifestyle habits to remain in the "green" zone.

Yellow. Caution! Your score indicates that you have an increased chance of experiencing a major medical event within the next 5 to 7 years. Your health projection is cause or concern and you should take steps to adopt healthier lifestyle habits.

Red. Warning! Your score indicates that you have a significant chance of experiencing a major medical event within the next 5 to 7 years. It is crucial that you immediately take steps to correct the wear and tear on your body.
